The Institutions / Scientist whose proposal(s) is/are shortlisted /selected by project monitoring committee shall submit the details research proposal in the prescribed format (available at Annexure-I) The Memorandum of Understanding shall be executed with the Institutions whose research proposal has been approved . The detail terms and condition of the agreement is pined herewith at Annexure-IV.
